You know AI should be running more of your business.
But every time you sit down to figure it out, you lose half a day to tool reviews, prompt experiments, and integrations that don't quite work.
The to-do list keeps growing. The AI projects keep getting pushed to next quarter.
You don't need another tool. You need a team.
Meet Your AI Department.
Six custom AI agents. Each one named, focused on a specific job, and connected to the tools your business already runs on. They share information with each other, hand off work between them, and report to you every morning on what they did and what’s happening across your business.
We design every AI agent using your current tools and around how your business actually works.
What an agent does
An agent does one specific job for your business. The kind of job that doesn’t exist as off-the-shelf software because it’s specific to how YOU work. A few real examples of what we’ve built:
- Reads every sales call and ranks the deals most likely to close based on language patterns
- Pulls the biggest objections from your last 90 days of sales calls and hands you a tightened pitch
- Tracks every commitment you made in calls, emails, and Slack, then tells you Monday what's overdue
- Reconciles your QuickBooks revenue against your CRM closed-won and explains every discrepancy
- Audits contracts against actual delivery and flags scope creep before invoicing
- Watches your project budgets in real time and flags work that's about to go over before it does
- Summarizes every leadership meeting into a "what changed this week" memo for the team
- Reads support tickets in aggregate and tells you which product issues are costing the most team time
That’s the point of custom. You pick the workflow that’s costing your team the most time. We build the agent that does it.
The popular roster
These are the agents we build most often. Pick from this list, or design your own from scratch in the audit phase.
The Lead Qualifier
Pulls leads from web forms, calls, and inbound channels. Scores, enriches, routes, and notifies the right person on your team.
The Inbox Manager
Triages email, drafts replies in your voice, flags urgent threads, escalates the right things to the right people.
The Proposal Generator
Generates custom proposals from your CRM, pricing, and past wins. Cuts proposal time from hours to minutes.
The Client Onboarder
Runs the kickoff: welcome emails, document collection, intro scheduling, internal handoffs.
The Content Studio
Turns sales calls, customer interviews, and team conversations into LinkedIn posts, blog drafts, and email content in your voice.
The Sales Follow-Up
Drafts post-call follow-ups, runs nurture sequences, handles prospect questions, keeps your CRM clean.
The Project Manager
Monitors task boards, flags blockers, nudges owners, generates client-facing status reports.
The Support Triager
Classifies incoming tickets, drafts responses from your knowledge base, routes anything tricky to a human.
The Reporting Analyst
Pulls data from across your tools and generates weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
A day with Your AI Department
7:00 AM
The Daily Department Report lands.
Every morning, your AI Department briefs you on yesterday's work and today's priorities. Revenue, leads, blockers, what to focus on. You start the day knowing exactly where the business stands.
9:00 AM
The Lead Qualifier surfaces hot leads.
Inbound forms, calls, and DMs from yesterday and overnight. Already scored, enriched, and routed to the right person on your team. Two are ready for outreach today.
11:00 AM
The Inbox Manager has your inbox sorted.
The noise is filtered. Real conversations are flagged. Drafts are waiting in your voice for the messages that need a personal touch.
1:00 PM
The Proposal Generator delivers tomorrow's proposal.
Last night's discovery call is already a tailored proposal: pricing, scope, past wins, next steps. You review, tweak the parts you want, send.
3:00 PM
The Content Studio publishes today's LinkedIn post.
Built from a real client conversation last week. In your voice. Already scheduled.
6:00 PM
The Reporting Analyst pulls weekly numbers.
Pipeline, conversion, support tickets, content engagement. You know exactly what to focus on this week before you close the laptop.
Your AI Department doesn’t sleep. You do.

The Founders Offer
This is the launch. We’re working with a small founding group to build out the playbook, capture the case studies, and shape the offer alongside our first clients.
Founders get:
- Locked-in founder pricing. Anything we build with you after the program stays at founder pricing.
- Work directly with Tara and Daniel as your build partners.
- A limited group so every program gets the attention it needs.
After the founding group fills, standard pricing kicks in at a meaningfully higher rate. Your founder rate is yours for as long as you stay with us.
What we need from you
For your AI Department to ship on time:
- One designated point person with a few hours a week available during the build
- Tool access and credentials for everything an agent touches
- Feedback within 5 business days on each agent design and demo
- Sample data and examples: real emails, real proposals, real calls
- Sign-off authority at each milestone
After the program
Once your AI team is running, we offer optional annual support plans to keep everything monitored, updated, and improving as your business grows. Founders get locked-in founder pricing on these too. Or we can continue to further build out your AI team.
Who this is for
Business owners and operators who know AI should be running more of their day, but don’t want to be the one figuring out what to build, vetting the tools, or stitching them together. You bring the business. We build the AI Department.
How it works
1
Discovery call.
30 minutes, free. We understand your business, the use cases on your mind, and whether the offer fits.
2
Proposal
Once you accept the terms, we can schedule a kick off for the audit.
3
Audit Kickoff.
We jump right in to understand all of your tools, where the gaps are and what kind of agents will be best.
4
Six months later,
You get to relax because you now have 6 new team members that never sleep.
Questions
How is this different from Marblism, Sintra, or other AI agent products?
Those are off-the-shelf SaaS, the same agents for every customer. We build yours from scratch around how your business actually works, with your tools, your data, and your voice. No two AI Departments are the same.
What if I don't know which six agents I want?
The audit phase, included in the program, helps you scope it out. We map your business and recommend the six agents that will move the needle most. You make the final call.
What if an agent isn't working?
We iterate until it does. We don’t ship broken agents and call it done.
Can I swap an agent before it's built?
Yes. Any agent in your roster can be swapped before build starts. Once a build kicks off, swaps trigger a re-scoping conversation.
What if my project is more complex than expected?
Cadence is one agent per month, but complex builds can take longer. We’d rather extend a build by a few weeks than ship something half-done. Most programs run 6-8 months.
What happens to the agents if I cancel?
You own them. Everything we build lives in your accounts. If you walk away, you walk away with everything we’ve built so far.
Do the agents really talk to each other?
Yes. Your six agents share state and hand off to each other. The Lead Qualifier passes a hot lead to the Sales Follow-Up. The Sales Follow-Up hands a closed deal to the Client Onboarder. One coordinated team, not six standalone tools.
Stop figuring out AI alone.
